7-3-2013 *BGG ~the power has been effectively "balanced" and as soon as Maliki's coming challenge to that Law is over or deemed a non-threat, the biggest obstacle to an RV is done. my reputable sources have pointed out that this "administrative period" of leaving CH7 could last through the end of July (or a bit longer) - but that may not be a hold-up...just something to keep an eye on. Iraq has to be "financially cooperative" during this period - we'll see if they "pony up"!! [so everything is done but the admin stuff, so this could happen anytime now.] that is approximately how I understand it at this point...however, Iraq was told if they don't act right - it will be "slow walked". Looks like they are moving right along though...

7-3-2013 *Poppy3 ~We ARE EXPECTING TO SEE THEIR RATE CHANGE AT ANYTIME BEGINNING TODAY . I HOPE AND PRAY THEY WILL FOLLOW THROUGH AND ALL THE REPORTS OF PROGRESS ARE CORRECT... TODAY IS THE DAY ALL SOURCES SAID WILL BE THE FIRST DAY POSSIBLE FOR OUR REWARD THIS MONTH AND IT WILL GET STRONGER FROM THIS DAY FORWARD. POPPY3

7-3-2013 *TD ~My contact emailed me. He asked if I saw the article today about the currency reform. He said the first word "TIMID" is the whole message. They are not going to come out and give rates & dates, just clues. He says translated "TIMID" means "SLOW PACED". That's what this process is. It took 10 years just to be sovereign.

7-3-2013 *Tony ~Got a call...Iraq saying everybody will be paid by the 7th. Our guys, Washington, want everything done by the 5th. Banks are scheduled to be open on July 4th for dinar appointments only. I will say, "It just might be today". Why? Cards did go live last night...thought it would not be live until July 7th but was live today. Inside the banks in Iraq there are signs saying $3.44 and when cards are swiped, the rate adjusts. A communication was sent from the CBI to the UST at 1:30 a.m. that the RV was to be released today. This day was selected last Thursday, today would be the day for the RV. The banks have been notified of the time. Today is going to be a great day for us all.

7-4-2013 *Poppy3 ~there has never been one shred of proof from anyone official stating anything about a float till after 24 to 36 months of establishing their economy then letting it float according to their markets. they will ri or rv at first at a moderate rate they know they can maintain for 24 to 36 months then allow the market to set the future rates. this was official words ever published from the imf and cbi period...poppy3

7-4-2013 *ScottiG ~Really excited about where we are. Very ecstatic over the news of the last two weeks...step by step they've been putting this puzzle together. Most of it done behind the scenes. I am comfortable with where we are at. I think we are very very close... it may well be tonight...currency experts always look for a major move like this to happen on a friday...Cannot go to the bank until Monday or Tuesday anyway.

IF THEY RELEASED IT TO THE UST THE UST HAS TO RELEASE IT LIKE IN THE MORNING. CHAPT 7 DONE ON PAPER SIGNED SEALED DELIVERED. THE CBI SITE BEEN BOGUS FOR DAYS SINCE CHPT 7 SIGNING. SPECULATION IS WHEN IT COMES BACK NEW IT WILL HAVE A TRUE RATE. [Do you expect the RV tonight?] I DO EXPECT SOMETHING.

7-4-2013 *Eagle1 ~[via burk50] spread sheets rates sent to banks today, not be to surprised to see on Forex tonight at midnight, take advantage of holiday and see Friday perhaps, IMO...many bank stories, some say so close they can smell it...
