My contact says Iraq is tight as a drum with The US state Department issuing a closing of embassies throughout the ME... Can this heightened time of security issues be a reason of delay for execution of the currency reform program? YES, unfortunately, It will certainly be, especially if a tragedy occurs. At this point we are still on track though. Investors need to remain calm & collective until this occurs and proceed at that time (& slowly). No stampede is necessary. THEIR WILL BE PLENTY OF OUTLETS (MAJOR BANKS & DEALERS AND BROKERAGES) to do your CE. We all want the same outcome: A finale to this investment. 8-5-2013 *BGG ~[Do you think Maliki is playing ball with the IMF?] not only is he playing - he's the PITCHER!! several very good sources all agree - that Maliki is the one trying to get this done (ironically) and at a bit higher rate than the rest - he's wanting above 2 bucks. [Why is Maliki suddenly playing ball?] obviously - he's in a bad way. He needs to be a hero - or he's toast. personally, I think Maliki being very cooperative on the rate is SIGNIFICANT...and you all know my feelings on him. [do you honestly think we will only get 1.15] I'm hoping it doesn't start that low...but I do think it will take a while to get to the "natural value" of the Dinar. [if the IMF gave them the go ahead for 3.22+ , why would they not do that , even with someone else in charge?] They haven't been given the "go ahead" for that rate - that I know of. [Could the statement that Iraqis would have the most prosperous Ramadan ever have been referring to the cards loading and not the RV?] I don't know. The Qi card program is not even close to being properly functional. [What is your opinion of (Gurus) Kap and Enorrste saying we have quite a long time to wait yet?] there's no guarantee of that. 8-5-2013 *Millionday ~[Does Iraq have to be fully ascended into WTO to raise the value of their currency?] no -- its the other way around -- they have to have tradable currency and be compliant. there is a problem with cbi and the gov and this is what it is -- they are trying to separate the power of the gov and the dinar and the power of cbi and the dinar.the problem is that the gov has a budget and they have to go by the agreed on budget so cbi has been trying to make the government stick to the issues at hand... ...new staff was placed to open the currency and the trade of iraq to the world fairly and also to get it done as in multi wealth management. the imf is wanting to help in this and make sure it is done correctly because...the entire globe is depending on this.
