SO THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE NUMBERS. NOW THE SITE PUT UP NO NEWS AVAILABLE FOR THE SYMBOL IQD AT THIS TIME. I HAVE NEVER SEEN IT DO THIS.

Announcement was made in the mosques this a.m. that they will be a global force today. The IMF has released it, we are waiting for something here. I am told it will be some time today, we are just waiting. [Do you have a vnd rate?] 92 cents...Could be over $2. The dong might have been a better investment than the dinar. The rate in Iraq [IQD] today is $3.44. Our rate will be significantly higher. This morning it was a double digits rate. They want you to go in & cash out quickly.Message from Europe during call: "Confirmed, cards are loaded and can be used by the people." The people are spending money left and right today, buying stereos equipment, new cars, buying everything on the shelf. It's a great day for Iraq & for them to go international. Their cards ARE activated and ARE INTERNATIONAL today - they ARE activated!The rate is live down to the teller window...where they can see it, they just don't have the authority to do the transaction. We were given a time and we are just waiting. People have said the 7th, 8th. today is 6th, could they wait?...it's international right now. It was supposed to go international yesterday. How long can they keep it from the rest of the world?

8-6-2013 *Randy Koonce ~There is no in country RV. If the CBI hasn't changed the rate than it hasn't RV'ed. Don't be excited about the cards being loaded because they won't do that until it RV's. When the RV hits, you will know it. Are we close? Yes. I think we are in a very good window this week. The IMF cannot force the issue & the UN cannot force this unless they signed something when they were let out of Chapter 7. The UN could possibly want to do something with the rate and Iraq probably doesn't want that. All of the stars appear to be lining up. This week looks good & each week until Sept 2, which is a hard back wall...the pressure will be on. The month of August is a very big month. Do I think we are there? Yes. We heard the LD's are in the banks & they are hoping to push out the rate to prevent bombings. The rate...I absolutely don't care...I think it will be at least over $1.20 because they have to get the dollars off of the streets. I feel it needs to come out at $3.41 to meet the budget, but because of the audit there are some things I just don't know. If it comes out low they will have to redo the budget. If the dong RV's I think they will probably lop it. I think it is a year out. There is nothing left for them to do to RV, it's just a timing thing. We are in a great spot. This is about to be over.

8-6-2013 *Mnt Goat ~This RV process is happening right before our eyes. They are following the established process that the IMF and Dr Shabibi set up. The RV roll out to the rest of the world is coming they are almost there. Post RV in Iraq right now, as I write this post- people in Iraq are taking their dollars and buying the lower denoms cause each dinar now is worth $3.44. What they want is ideally to have all the dollars exchanged for the lower denoms or credited to a bank account. (this is the remove the zeroes project) this past March- April 2013...Iraq was getting ready (very close) to moving on to the "remove the zeros project". This is different than the delete the zeroes project. They follow in sequence. Well they now completed the first phase of the deleting the zeroes project and have moved on to begin the phase of removing the zeroes project (to get the lower denoms in circulation). Some thought that they had to do an international RV in order to begin this project but in fact all they really needed was some sort of in country RV. Well it happened...Now they are now in the middle of that project (to remove the zeros). They have to pop it out international to suck in all the 3 zero notes from the USA, Canada and any other consumers abroad as part of starting the second phase of deleting the zeros project. The clock started on the 8/1. So if this is all true, and I am hearing it is from Iraq and the IMF, then the earliest we can expect to see our moola is on this coming Saturday 8/10. I said the earliest. Will they extend it? They have extended everything else so far but I think they will not this time and the only proof I have is the 5 year plan which states the sequence of events. I think we are about to see this RV very soon here in the USA.

8-7-2013 *Poppy3 ~OK NEWS FROM FEET ON THE GROUND TWO DIFFERENT CALLS --- REPLIES FROM MY REQUEST TO THEM YESTERDAY FOR VERIFICATION ON CARDS BEING CHARGED AND IF SO WHAT RATE -- HERE IS WHAT I GOT: THE PUBLIC HAS NO CARDS AT ALL MUCH LESS CHARGED??? YES SOME MILITARY AND SOME GOI EMPLOYEES HAVE CARDS ISSUED BUT GUESS WHAT, NO CHARGE AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN TOLD ON THURSDAY THE 8TH RAMADAN ENDS AND FROM THERE TILL NEXT MONDAY IS PRIME FOR IRAQ TO FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATION AND IF THEY DON'T GET IT DONE THEN THE IMF AND UNSC WILL START PROCEEDING TO IMPLEMENT IT THEMSELVES. No one has rved, NO new cars, no dancing in the streets, NO cards are working. ALSO SAID NO RUSH ON THE GROCERY STORES. HE SAYS WE APPEAR TO BE RIGHT ON THE INFORMATION I SHARED AND IF NOTHING CHANGES WE SHOULD BE APPROACHING THE FINAL DAYS OF WAITING. POPPY3

8-7-2013 *Millionday ~Quote from owner of the Qi Card Facebook page: "International smart card (Qi) Dear, now we work to make the people how has smart card to buy goods in thire cards in the sooner future, when this process be able and active we will announce about it." i think that what he is saying is that he has no control over moving the currency forward and are waiting as well even though they are in control of the cards--they dont have anything to do with the currency moving forward to the market.they have been given the go ahead to send out the cards and load them to get that done and in the news to mellow things and then they will receive the go ahead to activate when the currency goes international. we...believe that all cards will be out and active before they are able to use them at all and also that the currency will be internationally accepted before they can use them.

8-7-2013 *Arthur ~Someone said about a week that once we get this deep into the process be prepared for Maliki to do something counterproductive. Yesterday the Finance Committee and thus the CBI for the first time finally activated the delete zero project...that commenced the RV process. So immediately... we see where Maliki was again threatening to institute an interim government and disband the Parliament. He knows that just the threat of his starting a full blown dictatorship could perhaps cause the PTB (UST/China) to hesitate about sending the IQD fully international with a live rate at the world bank teller level. If indeed there is a live RV'd rate on the Qi cards, and there is every indication that there is, this could be the death throes of a moribund PM in Maliki who is in a lose lose situation with the whole Global Reset looking to be set to commence any day now. A lot has already been said about the importance of the last 4 days of Ramadan known as Eid al-Fitr with special emphasis on the 8th.

ANOTHER SIGNATURE WAS NEEDED ON YET ANOTHER DOCUMENT ...I HEARD THE SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED. [If the signature was obtained, why didn't it go at that point?] I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT OTHER THAN ITS IN THE PROCESS AND READY TO GO.
