8-9-2013 *Footforward ~People have been wanting to know about Talabani. Talabani has been dead since April. The political situation in Iraq has nothing to do with us. They are not out of Chapter 7. They have not made payments to Kuwait and cannot until after the RV. Chapter 7 is irrelevant, we do not care about Chapter 7. Also, the political situation in Iraq is of no consequence to us. The leadership that is there was put in place to hold the fort down until the RV happens. Shabibi is still very much in play at the CBI. There was never an in country RV in Kuwait as some say. It is impossible to have an in country RV, 100% impossible. The smart cards have been in use for years. They have been loaded with US dollars. They haven't used dinars & won't use dinars until it actually RV's. The majority of people are still using cash. The smart cards don't matter. They don't have anything to do with the RV. They will take 1 US dollar and exchange it for 1 Iraqi dinar. Why? Because it will be easy. This was decided a long time ago. The RV will happen suddenly. It will be live, international & the longest it will take is 15 minutes, if that, everywhere, instantaneously all at once. The same everywhere.

8-9-2013 *Tlar ~Article: "Mehma Khalil called Central Bank currency structure project" Quote: "The CBI had said in August that it planned to delete the zeros of the Iraqi dinar" This is the second time it is mentioned. The first was a guy on the finance committee and now Mehma Khalil again tells us also that the CBI said they were going to delete the zeros in August. That is two different guys who should be in the know stating the same thing that this will happen this month. The finance guy went also so far as to say that the CBI told him that they would also release the smalls. We know that is an impossibility at the current exchange rate. So what they both are insinuating is August will bring a big change to the currency. They both say that this information came from the CBI and this info comes on the heels of the one on one meetings Turki just had with all these guys over the last two weeks.

8-9-2013 *Doc ~We have been a little quite lately for two reasons. First we reported two months ago nothing significant would happen during Ramadan and true to form it has not. Secondly there has been a few articles we wanted to confirm with private sources as to their legitimacy... Before we get to this we first must dismiss the fantasy rumors such as cards loaded, waiting for banks to release it, all is done, global reset, budget at $3.40+ and in country RV. There is not one public creditable confirmation of any of this including our private sources in and around Iraq.
