7-2-2013 *Millionday ~Article quote: "To it confirmed the decision of the Committee of Economy and Investment parliamentary deputy Mahma Khalil, that the increase in reserves Central Bank of hard currency will enhance the stability of the Iraqi dinar and develop the national economy." this obviously sounds as if they are trying to put it to a rate and we are watching them prepare obviously. what they are saying is that the reserves alone back that rate and as we studied...what makes the rate what it is entirely is a figure of more then just the reserves. it is not just the reserves but if it was it would already calculate to just 2.50 -- but then we have the rest of the calculation, so this means it should be more. they are just saying this great news that if ---- IF --- it was by their reserves it could be as much as 2.50 just by that [is there any way they can put this off another month] not imo.

7-2-2013 *SteveI ~I talked to several of my guys in detail and we all still extremely excited about the timing of our investments. Apparently Iraq was not quite ready for change the value of their currency yet, but boy are they close. Many of us felt that within several days from the lifting of the UN Sanctions Iraq would move forward. Looks like they are doing just that. Several of my conversations discussed the upcoming Ramadan which starts this month would delay things, but was told that this time has nothing to do with any delays. This is about Iraq moving forward. Personally it may happen before that, but time will tell. It is very hard to stay grounded as the excitement builds...I am so happy for the Iraqi citizens on the giant progress they are making. I feel that we are that close that the timing is now, not later.

7-2-2013 *Tony ~I HAVE GOTTEN CALLS FROM CONTRACTORS IN IRAQ SAYING THEIR QI CARD IS LIVE 3.44.... A RETIRED LADY IN IRAQ IS USING HER CARD, MANY RETIREES AND MILITARY WERE ACTIVE LAST NIGHT...SOME ARE NOT ACTIVE YET THIS MORNING... NOT ALL CARDS ARE ACTIVATED /LOADED YET …..I THINK ITS A PROCESS LIKE THEY DID BEFORE. BANKING SYSTEM IS ON HIGH ALERT THIS MORNING AND NO CHANGES TO ACCOUNTS ALLOWED FOR THE NEXT 24 HRS, THINGS LIKE PASSWORDS, PIN CODES, ADDRESS CHANGES , NAMES ETC... THE BANKS ARE ON ALERT FOR A HUGE CURRENCY CHANGE...ANY MINUTE NOW. THEY CANNOT KEEP THIS RV A SECRET TOO MUCH LONGER IRAQ WANTS TO BE INTERNATIONAL VERY BADLY...ONE DC SOURCE SAID IT WILL BE DONE BEFORE TOMORROW... OTHERS SAY THIS WEEK FOR SURE.

7-2-2013 *Bluwolf ~We are just hours away from this blessing so going into detail is not worth it. This ride is over no matter what some Tom Dick or Harry may say. The new experience flourishes before your eyes, the people of Iraq since the 25th have been living and accepting there new blessed fate, they now are thankful for the food and wealth they now have before them...3.46 is right on. The 4th of July shall have a new meaning for us dinarians, while others celebrate some shall be taking care of business. WE DID IT, WE ARE THERE.

7-2-2013 *Stryker ~What is the hold up now, they have their Chapter VII release or do they? there is still work to be done before Iraq can get 100% out of Chapter VII. I know the UN press release stated that Iraq is back to where it was before they were imposed all these sanctions and restriction of 1990 but yet the facts state otherwise. Iraq really doesn't have full sovereignty because if they did they would be able to protect their assets under the sovereignty rules that govern sovereign countries. It is easy to assume than that Iraq has more work to do before they are, so why do they just not pay off Kuwait with their protected funds and be done with it. I think that the answer is simple, they need the other pieces of the Iraq puzzle completed, Oil & Gas Law, Article 140, Accountability & Justice Laws, Ba'ath Party, Infrastructure and Investment Laws and then we will see Iraq really emerge from Chapter VII and with [it] obtain full sovereignty. Here are a few positive things that are going on to prove that things are moving in that direction: Kurdistan and Baghdad have a final oil & Gas law draft ready to be voted on but they are making sure it will pass before all blocs in parliament...This also goes for the other needed laws, they just want political consensus before they go in front of Parliament this time, so they are waiting to sent them right before the end of this session,I also like that they have a first draft of the 2014 budget ready because they want to account for the currency reform in both that budget and this years (2013) supplement budget IF we are going to see reform this month. At this point I believe we are on a day by day lookout of the actions of Parliament to determine if we see reform before the session ends this month.

AS OF TODAY: CHAPTER 7 LIFTED, FOX & CNN BOTH REPORTING BANKS ARE BASIL 3 COMPLIANT, THE TARIFF LAW SAID TO BE COMPLETE AND JUST NEEDS MORE MAN POWER TO ACTIVATE COUNTRY WIDE, 22 SHIPS BRINGING IN FOOD AND SUPPLIES, BUDGET READY TO OPEN AND CALLS FOR $3.42 CENTS, NO ONE KILLED IN OVER A MONTH BECAUSE LEADERS ARE GETTING THEIR JOBS DONE, POWER SHARING IN PLACE AND NEW GOI 7 GOVERNORS IN PLACE WITH POWER TO CONTROL THEIR REGIONS. THIS IS THE BEST WEEK FOR RV TO BE IMPLEMENTED, MALIKI IS PLAYING PATTY CAKE WITH EVERYONE AND ALL PROTESTS HAVE STOPPED. THE PEOPLE IN IRAQ ARE EXCITED BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN PROMISED THIS RAMADON WILL BE THE MOST PROSPEROUS EVER AND THEIR DINAR WILL HAVE MUCH MORE BUYING POWER??? THIS ALL IS REALLY ENCOURAGING TO ME ...I AM EXCITED MYSELF.

7-2-2013 *Millionday ~we witnessed the most historical move in many years if not the century when the release of chapter 7 sanctions were lifted by all 15 hands in the air... so now we are wondering what is going on...So there is still another vote for them on chapt 7 on Friday? ...the meeting on friday is economic and could be and i repeat -- COULD BE--- the invisible issue that we have all not been noticing, zabari said at the end of the vote that chapter 7 was a thing of the past so i am thinking we may be looking at a more formal release maybe press ect and economic reform announcement. [after the upcoming vote does that make their currency internationally trade able?] thats what we are all hoping. this is just my opinion by what i have researched so we shall see.

7-2-2013 *Poppy3 ~everything from every iraq source all shows they are in a urgent mode to complete all needed laws etc of implementation to meet some deadline and i hope that deadline is one they will meet and hope it was set by the INSC TO SHOW THE RV AND HAVE ALL BILLS PAID IN 30 DAYS OR LESS ETC. TIME WILL TELL AND I HOPE REALLY THAT MY PREDICTIONS ARE WRONG AND ALL THIS HAPPENS FASTER THAN I THINK IT WILL. TIME WILL TELL. I EXPECT TO SEE THE RV IN THE NEXT 48 HOURS IF THEY ACCOMPLISH ALL THEY SAY THEY WILL. POPPY3

7-3-2013 *Millionday ~there was a very important vote today in the US of A and they voted on the Basel III banking laws to be put into place by all banking internationally -- it was voted through by all and is now in effect...as we know the iraqi banks have chosen to use Basel II and Basel III compliance in all banking and have chosen which will be compliant with which --- this was done about three weeks ago + a day or so. this was a very important move with the anchoring of their international banking and of course the islamic banking and banking from around the world being within Iraq and iraq moving to the outside of the country.

7-3-2013 *Tony ~THE AGREEMENT WAS THEY HAD 10 DAYS TO DO THE RV OR IT WOULD BE DONE FOR THEM. WHEN DOES THAT TIME RUN OUT? JULY 7TH. 5TH IS THE DAY THAT WASH. IS GIVING. CARDS ARE LIVE...3.44.

7-3-2013 *TD ~HCL...is all agreed according to him [GOI contact] ...time frame...what I've been told: WTO this late summer/early fall, New Denoms coming out...no later than Jan 1st, 2014. ...float theory is THE BEST HOPE of a NON LOP because according to my source anything such as a rate of $3-4 is WITH A LOP ( 100% guarantee). Which will yield us 35-40% ROI. The other big question mark according to my source is the WINDOW of them calling in the old notes because that way they'll be able to control the ROI. But it's still a moving target according to my contact. No one knows yet the rates or dates.

7-3-2013 *BOBGETZ6 ~I would look more out like a week from now, but that is just me. They just got Basel III voted on and in place I think, last Saturday. Lots of different speculation on that also. With all that is getting done, I believe we are in a good place.

IF THEY WERE LOADED YOU WOULD HAVE A RV. YOU CANT LOAD SOMETHING WITHOUT MONEY.JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A SOURCE. NOTHING GOING DOWN TONIGHT. IRAQ HAS SOME HOUSEKEEPING TO DO WITH THE UN. AFTER THAT U WILL SEE THE RV. DONT KNOW IF THATS TOMORROW OR MONDAY. THIS REALLY CAN GO DOWN ANY ANY MOMENT.
