7-30-2013 *Eagle1 [via BulldogFord65] ~The IMF has tried to launch the 198 currencies several times but have run into glitches with 6 countries; they have asked for permission to move forward with 192 currencies and do the other 6 either as a separate group, or individually...there is a rumor they may try again tomorrow [Tuesday].

7-30-2013 *TNT Tony ~People were looking for it yesterday and it didn't go. Are they looking for it today? Yes. Everything is done, the system is done. It really came down to a political situation. You are not hearing about it in the news. Bank people were called in early today. The rate...a little of $3.47. We don't know if that is the rate it will come out at. The dong is showing at $.47. In Iraq, the people have been told that they will activate their cards tomorrow..July 31st. We have heard this before, but the balloon wasn't about to pop like it is now. [If the cards are activated tomorrow, can they do that without us having an RV?] NO they can't...it means they have passed budget and activated RV. They are telling us they will be International on Aug 1. If it is not done on Aug 1 they would have to recalibrate it. We will be back tomorrow if nothing happens. It's a good day, a good time. Am I looking for it? Yes, just like everyone else.

7-30-2013 *Tlar ~Article: "Iraq's al-Maliki leads to destruction" With the SOL and the NA now on record as distancing themselves from Maliki, he should have gotten the picture. At least IMO he is to busy to care about what the CBI is doing. As more of this negative press confronts him, it is becoming apparent that there is no way that he will get another term, and he will lucky just to finish this term.

GOT GOOD REPORTS STARTING LAST NIGHT STILL GOOD TODAY. [so are you hearing it needs to be done by Aug 1] THAT IS A FIRE WALL FOR A LOT OF REASONS, THIS IS ABOUT WHEN ONLY...NOT IF. YOU KNOW THAT WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF MONTH. REMEMBER THE CARDS ARE A GOOD KEY TO DEPLOYMENT , SOMETHING TO WATCH FOR IMO. THE CARDS ARE LOADED TO DA MAX, THE NEED TO WORK IN THE MACHINE, THATS ALL THAT IS LEFT FOR IRAQ. 7-30-2013 *Poppy3 ~IN MANY WAYS THEY ARE LAYING INTERNATIONAL GROUND WORK TO PRESSURE MALIKI'S DEMISE. PEOPLE KNOW THAT MALIKI WAS BEHIND THE PRISON BREAK AND THEY WERE RELEASED TO DO JUST WHAT THEY ARE DOING BY CAUSING DISRUPTION AND KILLING OF PRIVATE CITIZENS SO MALIKI COULD HOLD THE RV AND OTHER ITEMS UP CLAIMING SECURITY REASONS THAT HE PLANNED AND CREATED HIMSELF. HE HAS EVEN CLAIMED THE USA WAS GUILTY OF CAUSING THE DISRUPTION.REPORTS I GOT TODAY STILL SAY THIS WILL NOT HOLD UP THE RV BECAUSE IRAQ PARLIAMENT LEADERS KNOW THEY MUST MEET DEADLINES AND IF THEY DON'T THEY WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO THE UNSC... I AM STILL ENCOURAGED THAT WE WILL SEE THE RV PRIOR TO THE END OF RAMADAN ON THE 9TH.

IF WE GET THIS DONE I BELIEVE THAT WILL SETTLE DOWN...[would you consider iyo "the Lew speech A" to still be prerequisite for everything to proceed?] I DO THINK THAT IS THE CASE.[Is this CE really gonna happen?] YES IT IS...THERE ARE MANY REASONS TO BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD CANNOT GO MUCH LONGER WITHOUT THE RESET... I AM NOT AWARE THEY ARE WAITING FOR ANY SPECIAL TIME OR EVENT OR BACK WALL OR SIDE WALL OR BACK DOOR OR ANYTHING...THEY SIMPLY HAVE TO MAKE SURE IT GETS DONE RIGHT.

7-31-2013 *Hub ~i know for a fact through my contacts...one group has signed nda and has vouchares, one contact knows for a fact that it was declared 10 days ago to rv'ed and one group that says it rv'ed several weeks ago and sees the rate on his screen and we will be VERY happy and one that was told could go to dfw airport on wednesday to exchange the currency if so desired...i trust all my contacts 100% a so it will come very soon, and we have nothing to do but hold on...be patient...exchanging what i was told...we shall see...but sounds very good.

7-31-2013 *Enorrste ~Article: "Iraqi economist Mohammad Saleh appearance of time live market breakdown and impasse of 2014 is not valid for Exchange" Quote: "The answer is, no, it's the year parliamentary elections, and not in political stability, replacing the currency in 2014 is questionable." This is the most direct statement that we have seen from Saleh on this matter...What he is telling us is that our currency will remain legal tender until at least 2014 and then beyond. In addition, however, he is stating that our currency will not even begin to be replaced until after the next election in March 2014. The fact that he states that the process of "removing the three zeros" must take place at the beginning of a fiscal year makes 1/1/2015 the earliest date for that process to begin. He has until 1/1/2015 to prove to the people of Iraq that the dinar is a real currency with real value. We therefore may reasonably suspect that the CBI will float the currency during the next 1.5 years unti it reaches about $1 per dinar. Now, the question becomes this: when must they make the announcement that they are totally dollarizing the country? The answer depends on how much the CBI wants to pay for the cash on the street. Clearly it is to their best interest to announce the change PRIOR to the announcement of the free float. In doing so they get the dinar back at today's price. If they float the currency first, then the cost to buy back the cash in circulation increases with the rise in value of the dinar.Therefore, I look to see the announcement of a PLAN that will lead to the introduction of the new currency. The first part of the plan will be the conversion of all dinars in country to dollars. The second part will be the floating of the currency for 1.5 years, with the goal to be at 1.16 to 1 by 1/1/2015, at which time all accounts in banks are converted back to the NEW dinar and the NEW dinar is issued to buy back the dollars on the street. After watching the dinar rise in value for 18 months the Iraqis will be happy to convert dollars into the NEW dinar. In sum, our next thing to look for is an announcement that the country will totally dollarize in preparation for the issuance of the new currency.
