9-6-2014 *tman23 ~My take...Maliki is preparing for a failed Adabi government formation, the closer they get to the 9th the more likely Maliki will attempt to disrupt the vote so he can use the constitution to justify his taking over...Biden is coming to town...the guy is known to be a vicious bulldog and ...I guarantee you that Biden will deliver to Maliki his eulogy...And remember the executive order that came into play back in May.... Any 'BODY' that threatens the democracy of Iraq "...When the executive office of the USA shows up it is game over.

THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN THE GREEN ZONE, FOLKS...that is news...and different and telegraphs that they are about to gather for real...and they dont want any more of Maliki's shenanigans...or trouble from Maliki Jr.

If by tomorrow we have no announcement, it will mean that there are potential problems. There is enough votes between the Shia and the Sunni to seat this government and Abadi has bent over backwards to appease everyone. So it should get done. Rv will follow with 48 hours if they do.

IN MY BEST CALCULATIONS ABADI APPEARS NOW TO BE GETTING CLOSER THAN EVER TO HIS MANDATORY TIME TABLE FROM MY CALCULATION HE HAS ONLY FROM 48 TO MAX 72 HOURS TO SET THE GOI AND GET THIS BALL ROLLING. THIS IS GETTING VERY EXCITING.

9-6-2014 *Mnt Goat ~The good news today is more names for the ministerial cab of Haider Abadi, have been announced. In addition three of the candidate deputies for each of the President and the Cabinet have also been announced. So what are the reasons for the delay? The sources indicated that the finance ministry is still contested by Rose Nuri Shaways and Barham Salih and this is the current hold-up. I am told now there are still other remaining ministers still in dispute and this should be resolved today or tomorrow. I am told even if they do resolve this these ministers, speaker Al-Jubouri will hold off until Monday to take the vote of confidence on this new government.

9-6-2014 *tman23 ~When the President of the USA delivers a speech after a NATO Summit and announces Iraq will have a new government starting next week...How many of you think the executive office and the USA is going to be embarrassed in front of the world showing more weakness and failed policies by allowing Maliki, Iran, and Russia to keep the chaos in Americas pet project... ALL THE PLANS AND DEVELOPMENT PAPERS ARE IN THE HANDS OF ALL THAT HAVE A ROLE IN THE REFORM PACKAGE AND ALL SPECIALISTS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT. THEY HAVE COMPLETED ALL PLANNING AND NOW THE CITIZENS ARE BEING TOLD IN THEIR NEWS -- THEY ARE GOING WITH THE CONSTITUTION AND MOVING IRAQ TO A GLOBAL ECONOMY. THEY ARE ACTIVELY MOVING IRAQ TO A MARKET ECONOMY AS WE SPEAK. THE REALITY OF THE RATE OF THEIR CURRENCY IS PART OF THE REFORMS AND ALL PACKAGES. 9-7-2014 *Mnt Goat ~The good news is yesterday with pressure from the United States and NATO, Iraq had persuaded the political blocs to postpone the search to settle all the disputed...17 demands...until after the formation of the government, which awaits the international community. These now continue to play a major role in the hold-up in getting this government fully formed...with the time deadline fast approaching this simply can not be fully resolved in time. All the news we have been hearing as of lately about the blocs not sending appropriate candidates to Abadi for consideration is just leverage...political posturing...using this as leverage to prevent the formation of the government from going any further until they get what they want. Plain and simple!NATO especially needs the new Iraqi government in order to lay the foundations of their support in the fight of the organization of the Islamic State "Daash" and they need it like yesterday. ...to help solve this deadlock and get some form of government in place by Tuesday, the political blocs are to postpone the search to settle all the disputed demands until after the formation of the government, which awaits the international community. There are times set to address these issues as priorities in parliament shortly after the announce of the new government. When will they announce the new government? Hakim, Sadr, Barzani, Allawi, Adabi, Joubari, Masum and all the other Maliki opponents will all vote for whoever the slate is...the numbers are there for Abadi and his slate to prevail, JMHO. It is Abadi's decision and he can pick whoever he wants...but he is trying to be inclusive...a wise leader but in the end they are gonna have to vote on whatever slate of names he submits. PERIOD.Abadi obviously has the votes to get the vote of Confidence. That is what we are looking for right now...a final , solid, in the bag step forward...the formation of the new GOI, the seating of the ministers of Defense and Security and the dethroning of Maliki. It will be a solid, huge day at long last...followed by Joubari passing a basket of laws...HCL... article 140 included. we are gonna see the Constitutional formation of the Federation Council. We are about to witness what we have waited for for the last 4 years.
