THEY BOTH SAID BUDGET WILL BE IMPLEMENTED WITHIN A WEEK AND RV WILL SHOW WITHIN THE NEXT 10 DAYS TO TWO WEEKS ---- NOW THESE ARE RUMOR OR THE TALKS BEING STATED ON THE STREETS OF THE CITY. SOUNDS VERY FACTUAL AND POSSIBLE TO ME. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE LEGITIMATE SOLID INFORMATION BECAUSE IT IS VERY MUCH IN LINE WITH MANY OTHER REPORTS FROM INK MILLIONDAY HAS BEEN BRINGING DAILY FOR DAYS.

HERE IS A PLACEMENT WITHIN CBI FOR COMMERCE AND THE CURRENCY EXCHANGE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE -- BUYING AND SELLING OF CURRENCY. [it looks like the CBI is going to regulate currency exchange...and company registration...thru currency?] THIS IS VERY INDICATIVE OF THE INTERNATIONAL RATES BEING SET TO A REALITY RATE -- YES.

9-9-2014 *Tlar ~first...no law is necessary for the RV to take place... Shabibi did not need these laws to be passed when he attempted to RV the currency multiple times only to be stopped each time by the Maliki government dead in his tracts. Turki did not need these laws when he planned to RV the currency in January of this year, also thwarted by the Maliki government. In addition when listing the things that Turki stated necessary to RV the currency, no mention of any law was apart of that list. second...it will not start at 1166 and "gradually" rise from there. ...the prime indicators...in early January 2013...the "delete the zero" program was back on again. Turki was throwing softballs on this subject starting in early January of 2013 and anybody keeping their eye on the ball should have found it easy to catch this. third...it will happen very quickly, not months from now. Iraq needs to pass their budget quickly. The currency is and has been tied to this budget since this budget was first written just as the finance committee told us, the guys who wrote this budget. The ISIS will be dealt with quickly, and the RV will proceed, not follow the budget. The rate will be between $3.00 and $4.00 and it will go down much faster than you all think even if I miss it by a day or two.

No more restrictions, no more power plays, no more politics, now it just a matter of synchronization on all things of prosperity to occur, highly orchestrated to the max... You know its amazing how something that was to occur to the letter 4 years back is now transpiring. Timing is in effect.

9-9-2014 *Randy Koonce ~a quick update on whats going on in iraq the past couple days, and why we are not seeing any movement on the RV yet... Since the elections took place a few months back, the RV and the formation of the new Iraqi government were tied hand in hand, with the CBI making a move to RV the currency simultaneous with the new GOI announcement. A good part of the lengthy time that has taken place since election day was that influence from the Obama administration was being used to slow down the process. Even when we had Obama on national TV preaching to Iraq to speedily form a new inclusive government, he would then in private calls request them to drag this out and take more time even asking them to go thru their constitutional timeline, which fortunately they didnt agree to. Now the past couple days...leading up to the formation of the government, the Obama administration has been in the ear of the CBI and the new PM Abadi with a new approach. ...offering up a sweetened deal in order for them to hold off on the RV until after the first of January, or at least until after the elections in November...in return for holding off on the RV the USA will fully eliminate ISIS from Iraq. Obama has even offered to put boots on the ground in order to make this a deal that the Iraq government and the CBI are having a hard time passing up. Now stating all of that...we do not know yet which direction the CBI will move, there have been ongoing meetings both yesterday and today between the involved parties, with Iraq trying to stand on their own and move forward with the RV and the process of country building, and on the other hand this administration putting pressure on the GOI and the CBI to follow their lead and do what they are told...at this time I do not know the outcome of these meetings. When I do find out which direction this is going, I will let everyone know..

9-9-2014 *Tlar ~Randy, I heard pretty much the same thing but I also heard that last night the CBI, Abadi, Massum and Jubouri had declined to hold. Iraq is serious and wanting to move on this. Obama is playing politics, a game that Iraq can ill afford at this time. This government needs to do something to show their people that this government is on the move from the get go and not stall based on requests by our administration. They can only do this by immediately opening their economy and joining the world economy and to do that it is imperative that they move on their currency. It is my belief that they will not hold as I was told last night... I hope my information is more current than yours but I am not sure at this time. My money is on Iraq doing what's right for the Iraqi people and not letting our government continue to use this country or this project as a political football. We should no more as to what they are going to do tomorrow.

9-9-2014 * ????? ~I must respectfully disagree with RK regarding his update today. I will not go into details, but yes Obama has tried to slow things down here the past two weeks. However, the Iraqis, and particularly Shabibi, have held firm with the "Plan" to move forward rapidly post new govt. with the monetary reform. ...Shabbs is behind the scenes in charge, and thank god he is. I really cant say more, other than things are on track...and listen to [Guru] TLAR--he's pretty much telling you the story and the timeline that is the current plan.

9-9-2014 *Millionday ~[Iraq has made HUGE payments to Kuwait in Dinar...and when it raises in value, Kwuait will CLEAN UP!] THEY HAVE MADE AGREEMENTS WITH MANY COUNTRIES FOR PAYMENTS AND THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE A HUGE IMPACT ON THEIR HOLDINGS AND DEFICITS WITH THE CHANGE IN VALUE -- THIS "EVENT " IS EXPECTED TO IMPACT THE WHOLE GLOBE THIS WAY.

I DO EXPECT TO KEEP HEARING WHAT WILL BE ALL GOOD NEWS AND POSITIVE PROGRESS...NO NEGATIVE AS THEY TIE UP LOOSE ENDS.

9-10-2014 *Bondlady & Shredd & tlm724 ~Yesterday was an historical day for Iraq and for us as well. So they set the new gov minus 2 ministries...defense and interior ministers. They are supposed to do that next week...hopefully they will settle it quickly. Investment law...the law of economic reform...including oil and gas law and the law of the infrastructure as well as the law of economic reform and the second amendment to the Investment Law 13 of 2006 and the Federal Budget Law for the year 2014 as well as the law establishing a public body to monitor the allocation of federal revenues, according to Article 106 of the Constitution. Pass those laws...that will bring international...global in.When we start seeing these passed and in the gazette, we are finally getting close. With (almost) the whole world stepping in to save Iraq from terrorist I can't think of a better time for security reasons for them to implement and activate all these things. If they pass those much needed laws...it will show the world that they can and will govern themselves! Then I can't see any reason for them not to add value to their dinar...IMO. Security, a strong army, a unified GOI passing laws and success will come quickly!

9-10-2014 *Poppy3 ~I TRULY PERSONALLY FEEL WE HAVE NOW MOVED INTO A POSITION OF 50/50 AT ANYTIME RV. NO ONE HAS A CLEAR CUT OUTLINE OF THE PROCESS FROM THIS POINT FORWARD. WE ALL KNOW MUCH ABOUT THEIR NEEDS AND THAT THEY ARE GETTING THERE FASTER NOW THAN EVER BUT THERE IS NO STEP BY STEP MODEL THAT WE HAVE EVER FOUND THAT SPELLS THIS PROCESS SPECIFICALLY. RATE WILL BE AWESOME. I DON'T BELIEVE AND THERE IS...ONE WORD OFFICIALLY THAT SAYS FLOAT PERIOD. LOTS OF UNPLACED OPINIONS, BUT OFFICIALLY NOT A WORD EVER... PEOPLE IN PLACE OF MONEY POSITIONS SAY FLAT RATE, HIGHEST RATE IN MIDDLE EAST AND AT PRESENT KUWAIT IS AT $3.58.

9-10-2014 *Td ~Comments to share from my Kurdish friend: As always treat all as rumor. Make no mistake about it: Iraqi has a named government BECAUSE of the pressure exerted upon THEIR leaders by OURS (US, Britain & others) and even then it went down to the wire. This is the norm going forward: Assistance being contingent on progress. Maliki being named VP is no big deal says my friend, it's a figurehead post. The budget?? Is it dependent on a "new reality rate" as reported by so many. My (economist) Kurdish contact says NO. They have (had) a "reality rate" of 1166 for a long time which will continue as they now focus on geographically unifying the country from the grips of ISIS. This is priority number one for the new government.

9-10-2014 *Delta ~I am excited about the new ministers, and although the new GOI is not perfect, they are all genuinely happy; the Kurds are at last well represented in the new GOI. Alawi, Maliki and Najafi...are paralyzed within the new GOI as they do not have the power to disrupt any longer. Parliament will be back on 9/16 – interesting time frame.

JUST WANTED TO CONFIRM THIS TIME HE WAS THERE...SO MANY WRONG REPORTS OVER THE LAST TWO WEEK MISLEADING PEEPS THAT HE OR BIDEN WERE IN IRAQ... HE IS ANNOUNCING A CONCERTED EFFORT FROM THE USA TO RID THEM OF ISIS...STRICTLY POLITICAL FOR SHOW. [How hard is it to really go in there and get rid of all the ISIS? 800 people or so? it should not take us very long to rid them.] EXACTLY BUT THE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN FORCE FED THAT IRAQ IS A HOT BED FULLY INVADED COUNTRY FROM ISIS... I WAS TOLD YESTERDAY IT WILL BE ALL BUT OVER WITHIN TWO WEEKS IN IRAQ.
