THEY ARE AGREEING ON THE OIL AGREEMENT MADE EARLIER THIS YEAR AND MOVING FORWARD...FINALLY THEY HAVE AGREED AND THE NUMBERS WORK AND ARE GOING TO BE RESPECTED. THIS IS GREAT NEWS.
