5-6-2018 Newshound Guru chattels "...1001 Iraqi Thoughts commissioned a public opinion survey in Iraq to gauge the popularity of competing parties ahead of parliamentary elections scheduled for 12th May...." The results show a number of key findings: Some 60% of people overall support a second term for Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi. His popularity is highest in the three liberated provinces of Ninewa, Salahadin and Anbar. Even in the Kurdistan Region, Al-Abadi enjoys support from over 50% of those interviewed. The popular vote as to a favored coalition is decidedly for Abadi's Victory list. Three to one as to Sadr and Ameri and almost 5 to 1 as to Maliki / State of Law..." Six (6) days remaining until the election.

TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK THE CLOCK IS TICKING...look deep into what the CBI and the GOI have been telling us... ...“Look at what they are saying and what they plan to do”, “They may be bit late and even change target timeframes, but they always eventually carry it out”... ...Like I told everyone these last few weeks prior to the elections would be very quiet due to the campaigning of the politicians. We have much...evidence that any kind of RV would not even have a chance in hell of happening until at least after the elections are over. ...We know the CBI is waiting to see the level of stability of the post-election period. We know they are targeting the reinstatement of the Iraqi currency very shortly afterwards, if all goes well. So everyone should relax and watch it all play out.
5-5-2018 Newshound Guru chattels My recollection is that there was a period(s) of compliance before Shabbibi was threatened with criminal investigation / prosecution, but that was some years ago. Iraq was certainly not "in compliance" over the past year and until just recently.

It is, unfolding before your very eyes... has been, for some time...Just an FYI... ...The technical aspects for implementing this process have been in place for a number of years... it will not be implemented haphazardly/carelessly for risk of failure...
