This is similar to what was done in 2013. None of the numbers in the media are official but the CBI does have to provide a sworn quarterly report that includes daily market rates to the IMF so they will eventually know. Starting over to meet compliance is something none of us want to see but may be a reality…The 2% spread is calculated by the IMF using the following formula Official Rate + commissions x .02 = 1214 or less. There are numerous IMF documents over the years that report the spread that can be used to determine this formula…

First of all 988 covers a multiple of things. The only way it can be interpreted the way to serve capital gains is incidental…As long as you’re holding dinar as a investment you do not have a set time that you are going to evaluate the value of it. You don’t. You’re hanging onto it. Therefore it will not be considered capital gains because you do not have a purchase date, start date, end date. 8-27-2018 Guest Guru BobTheTaxMan ...988 when they talk about any kind of capital gains…it is in reference to an incidental for travel for the most part or if there is a bank transaction…and there’s a little bit of currency exchange at that point in time. It’s still a fixed date in time and that does have some kind of implement to capital gains. But NOT over $200. It’s not something that’s for us as holding the money, investors that this is going to be applicable to. It does not matter. So anyone who brings up 988…don’t pay any attention to it. It doesn’t make any difference. It’s already been tested and gone over for years now...

They are not just local or regional ones they are paring with the USD, AUD, CND, JPY, BP, etc.. This site is a reputable site out of the UK. ...They are showing their patrons that they are going to have quotes for the IQD. Well once they change the rate from a program rate the game changes and in a big way, imo.. We have been told that the IQD would go Global... Well here is a venue that supports that they are about to do so. ~ imo ~

Once they make that decision it could take 6 months to a year to get to a level that we are all excited about. We have documented this for years...

Massoum met with Abadi…then with Ameri…then with Faleh al-Fayadh (national security advisor to Abadi)…and at some point he met with Maliki…None of which means all that much. Massoum mainly has a direct hand in the timeline. He establishes the first meeting of Parliament which is a marker for the formation of the new GOI. The most curious wording was that Abadi’s main thrust was just to get it moving. He and Sadr seem confident they have the biggest bloc – else why push for this quick formation?
