They have the authority…Did the CBI put out a statement saying they were not going to revalue their currency? That they have no plan at all to add value to their currency? What about the Ministry of Finance? What about the Ministry of Planning? What about Parliament? That kind of narrows it down. You have four solid entities that you can watch…that you can get a bearing. It’s that simple…what matters is what the CBI says…the news coming out of Iraq is phenomenal!
