[apparently there are 2 different Banker Bills that work with different gurus...looks like Jonnywg's Banker Bill might now be Banker Boy to avoid confusion?]

4-28-2012 *Ali [long time no see] Iraq is making moves to sign construction, oil and gas contracts everyday. They also made a big move by holding the Arab League Summit, although many nations did not attend, it was a big leap. These are all positive signs for Iraq and in my opinion things could begin really changing in the country.

4-28-2012 *8Ball ~Speaker of the house has flown into Ebril to meet Allawi, Sadr, Barzani and Talibani. Allawi is the key player being that he will most likely be the next PM. Barzani has called all Kurdish ministers to Baghdad. Allawi maybe doing the same. If Sadr does this the Speaker of the house can call and extraordinary session. Yes the speaker of the house is the man of the hour, Allawi to take the PM position is my guess...they are working on it...Calling a Saturday session...this could be an emergency session, though they are not saying it this way...the National Convention, the first of May is a great sign...Handling Maliki may now be the delay...Voting him out of office.

4-28-2012 *SWFloridaGuy ~We have some major issues being addressed that are great signs of this investment coming to fruition. Finally, it appears that Talabani and Barzani have successfully made arrangements to hold the National Conference and it is tentatively scheduled to be held in Baghdad next week. This coming Sunday and Monday, Kuwait and Iraq will look to finalize bilateral agreements that will lead to Iraq's full release from Chapter VII.

4-28-2012 *Hammerman ~Forex is stating not before Tuesday. The banks think it could happen at anytime now, any minute. We are in a window now. We think we will see it before the 5th. Shabibi gave final release code book to the imf and bis. So, that's where we are. In that book is the date, rate and time. They have it and it will go. Does it have to happen today or before August? No, but it could happen at any time. Bankers are looking at the top of every single hour, every day. They are all pumped up! I was told to push my back wall date to the 15th but most say it wont go that far. I truly believe (it will happen) before the 5th.


4-28-2012 *Ali ~there are multiple things that need to happen as with any country that is rebuilding. There are Government issues to work out, banking and financial issues and if anyone tells you it is one thing we are waiting for they are wrong. It is more complicated than that.

4-28-2012 *Nighthk11 ~Blackout- Maliki will be replaced- under escort now- looking for news of new PM-Chap 7 -Erbil-RV...when they finally lift this blackout, I am hopeing and expecting them to announce all...US has sanctioned this action. I expect Maliki to be tried along with his cohorts. The issue was political which is what the hold up was- no way will they release trillions of dollars and assets to be funneled to adversaries upon which the world body has placed sanctions. That is the real reality of where we are, anytime a black-out of this magnatude happens is because of something very serious, so we wait and see if the info is true and what the solution is...It does not matter what spin they put on things when this is lifted, it should culminate in release of Chap 7- RV- Erbil activated in full.

4-28-2012 *Arizona Heat [new guru] ~i was told when this goes live, it will be seen at all banks all at the same time all over the world in milliseconds...when they went from 1170 to 1161 it didnt take days are weeks, there were no tests runs, nothing trickled down, no one loaded anything, they just changed the rate as they will do when they revalue... i ...was told the banks will not know the rate until its released by the IMF and the BIS. im curious why other banks dont have it, and why only a US bank would have it and no one else, this isnt a US thing, this is a world situation, so think about all the banks around the world, and only wells has it, kinda doesnt make sense.

4-28-2012 *SWFloridaGuy ~Key projects currently being addressed for the development of Iraq include: Erbil power sharing, IMF and World Bank support for the advancement and modernization of Iraq, economically and politically, not only regionally but globally, prevent further dollarization, remove three zeros from the nominal value of the IQD, raise the exchange rate, with a convertible currency enter the WTO with full accession, and...be removed from Chapter VII. As investors...for the first time it appears that we may finally see them resolved!! So, whether or not you believe the latest rumors that it's already in the banks, you have to be encouraged by the verifiable progress Iraq is making and know that soon they will again boast an exchange rate that represents their true wealth.

SOME OF THE BANKS WENT ON 24/7 12 HR SHIFTS AT NOON TODAY [FRIDAY]. THE RATE IS LIVE...IN MULTIPLE STATES ON THE FRONT TELLER SCREENS. WE ALL SHOULD BE AT THE BANKS CASHING IN STARTING MONDAY MORNING. THIS IS HAPPENING. THIS IS REAL. I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RATE, BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THAT RATE WILL BE. I DO KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE VERY SATISFIED. YOUR JOURNEY HAS ENDED.

4-28-2012 * Ali ~{question} you stated that, in your opinion, there would be no revaluation until Iraqs oil export was at the 5mil BPD level. Are you still of the same opinion? And if so, at what point in time do you see them at that export level? {answer} In my opinion, if the oil level reached that amount, a positive cash flow would begin coming into the country. They have predicted they will reach that goal by 2014.

4-28-2012 *Nighthk11 ~I can tell you that the evidence concerning Maliki's theft is indeniable supplied by Interpol [International Criminal Police Organization]. The theft was traced directly back to Iraqi oil and the amount stolen was beyond huge, only two people in the world had the acct number, Maliki and his son- so you make of this what you will, but the parliment and main players have the evidence- hence BLACKOUT.
