5-2-2012 *Bluwolf ~ DECLARE IT DONE FOR IT ACTUALLY IS...THOUGHTS FOR TONIGHT,,''EVERYTHING WILL JUST APPEAR LIKE A THEIF IN THE SILENCE OF THE NIGHT''...FOR YOUR FUTURE, AS OF TODAY, WILL ALWAYS BE BRIGHT.

5-2-2012 *Mike ~Chapter 7 is done....we believe - it has just not been announced - as we have said in the past and based on communication with the UN posted on our [their?] website there are only several things left and those will remain to protect Iraq. Framework is in place and has all been done and voted on and all being held up by one person not letting it happen and it is just as simple as getting people in place and things will change dramatically.

5-2-2012 *SWFloridaGuy ~Iraq's goal in the coming period is to prevent further dollarization, enter the WTO with full accession, maintain a stable, competitive, market-based system and stabilize the foreign exchange market, raising the IQD exchange rate against the dollar. I don't believe we have much farther to go.

5-2-2012 *BellaGrits ~ALL LOOKS WELL...STILL WAITING ON A FEW THINGS TO COMPLETE...NOTHING OF MUCH SUBSTANCE HAS BEEN REPORTED...COMES DOWN TO STRAIGHT LOGISTICS...JUST KNOW THINGS ARE OKAY...YOUR GOOD KIND HEARTS WILL BE REWARDED SOON.

5-2-2012 *DinarWishes ~Bank Screens are tested for highs and Lows to see if the system is functioning and operating at the correct speeds of response...they use All types of numbers when they do this...Banks have shown the IQD at...up to and including over 50.00 usd during a test...they have been as low as .05 as well but generally stay below 10.00...All of this is Irrelevant until it Locks in...by putting ficticious numbers in the form of Swift codes and cycling them through the system...and if you notice the rates have never been the same...and sometimes we hear different amounts from different banks...how do you think they trace where the problems are???

5-2-2012 *Bulldog75 ~okie has been on the phone all day long with sources. And the ptb have requested that he wait until first thing in the morning to make "the post".

5-3-2012 *Mike ~National Agenda has been completd!! They have completed the agenda - key thing in this is that they have agreed on the agenda and Erbil - Sounds extremely positive - this is one of the most positive steps to make this move forward and the framework get set up - We have to have a government with framework...They can fight all they want within that framework. This framework will give it the balance that it needs for Shabibi to move forward. When he sees resolutions and positive things being completed - he will do what he needs to do and know that he will then get the support he needs when this is all said and done...the fact that we have this Agenda ready for the National Meeting. That was one of the biggest thing that came out....THAT WAS KEY.

5-3-2012 *ArizonaHeat ~A couple of things you will see post RV. Any bank that deals with foreign currency, will cash in the dinar, no bank will stay open 24 hours (they might take appointments at all hours by phone) but no 24 hour one stop shopping. rates of 45.00...look for something sensible as a cash in rate. Be it 1 to 1 or something super high like 6 to 1. No need to break a hip trying to get to the bank. There will be plenty of time.

5-3-2012 *SWFloridaGuy ~The Iraq News Network reported that the outcome of the meeting in Erbil was an agreement between the five parties (Talabani, Barzani, Allawi, Najafi, al-Sadr) to withdraw Maliki's confidence unless he implements what was previously agreed upon. Maliki's response was that he will follow through and resolve all outstanding problems between them. He claims that what was agreed upon has already been submitted for implementation and that a joint effort between the parties will enact those themes consisting of (9) points.

5-3-2012 *Bondlady ~they already are a strong currency...just because the rate is low does not mean its not strong...every thing plays a part of the currencys strength...when u take into account the debt, the infrastructure, whats under ground is under ground, its not all production and all the private sector is barely even moving...they cant even operate a 8 hour work day, electricity is...maybe 10 hrs a day...come on now, think they would come out at 3 plus and cant even turn the lights on...compared to other countries iraq has very little debt thats what makes there currency a strong 1...the strength isnt just counted by the rate...it has many many factors.

5-3-2012 *DinarWishes ~Intel says everything is done save the estimates were wrong with how many people are actually invested...So, smaller banks are being recruited to help with the cash in period...this situation its like launching the shuttle all systems are not "GO" yet... The whole of this investment is not cut and dried...However I am hearing the banks are looking for this today and overnight...They said it should have been live this morning...I've been given word it will go down next week....Does that mean it wont happen till next week? NO!! It could still happen today.

5-3-2012 *OkieOilMan & Bulldog75 ~OKIE IS STILL WAITING ON PERMISSION TO MAKE "THE POST". WE DO NOT KNOW WHEN THE CALL WILL COME IN. THIS APPEARS TO BE VERY IMMINENT.

5-3-2012 *Mike ~if this Agenda is in place the Natl meeting can happen very very quickly - Getting to that National Meeting will be a really Great thing...to start to see these things happen- having Erbil implemented...and figure out who is going to sign for the oil contracts would put us in a much much better position because we would know the oil is NOT going to stop...It is just going to be huge...they are getting rid of their oil - selling it 8.8 billion - HUGE - outstanding that they are getting that much oil out there, put that in perspective..they are the 3rd largest reserves in the ME.

5-3-2012 *BWM ~The Banks will NOT be open 24/7...they WILL prolly have "extended" banking hours BY APPOINTMENT ONLY... the 24/7 should be for SETTING appts and yes you will prolly be turned away from the banks without an appt (depending on the amount of dinar you have AND rate). So this is what I believe about the timing...will it go into next month? I don't think so... could it go into next week? Sure, why not... could it happen today? Absolutely.

5-3-2012 *Bondlady ~they are pretty much painted into a corner...boxed in by there own economy and private sector with rampid inflation an a failing currency to neighboring countries all working against there growth...so really the solution is count what has not yet been produced, what is still below the ground sulfer, phosforus, gold, oil, gas, all there assets and reserves...try to at least come out close to the dollar or a lil higher to attract the people to it...then rebuld every thing asap, get the taxes goin...so many things are right at there doors to help them, the WTO, imf, un, usa, all these countries that wanna invest in iraq.

5-3-2012 *SWFloridaGuy ~It was also reported today that Maliki has reached out to the Iraqi List with promises of implementing the Erbil power sharing agreement to bring them back to the table for a successful National Conference. Previously, they have boycotted the preparatory meetings and refer to them as pointless until they see action and not just words. If this does not happen then Maliki will receive a vote of no-confidence. It appears that the Prime Minister has been backed into a corner that may be difficult to get out of this time and that's great for us.

5-3-2012 *Okie_Oil_Man & Bulldog75 ~I have spoke with OKIE and we continue to wait just for the rate to drop onto the front bank screen. Will keep you updated as we get more information.
