9-10-2014 *Frank26 The WB is looking for unity and stability, and we are seeing it on every front, military, political and financial (Rafidain and Rashid banks). Do not be sidetracked by the “rejection” of the defense and interior ministers – this will not create a delay in the MR [Monetary Reform] ...the nominations were not satisfactory, however this is no delay. There is ample evidence that the new GOI has been formed and meeting in secret taking care of business for some time...stability and unity is present and growing. Abadi is dismantling all that Maliki did, and ensuring the Dr Shabibi is no longer being charged with false accusations... all charges against Dr Shabibi have been dropped. IMO, he will not return to the CBI. It was a brilliant move to put Alawi, Maliki and Najafi together, it neutralizes them, and they can no longer bully anyone. The WTO is to arrive in Baghdad this weekend – we are very close. IMO, I am still looking for laws...today [Tuesday] we see the new GOI passing hundreds of laws. When parliament returns on 9/16, we will see things happen very swiftly, exactly what we will see I do not know.
