This is very important statement...that Ali al-Alaq himself stated that the project will be implemented over 4 years. This statement is not from an MP or some other economist, but direct from the CBI Gov. Clearly showing it is gradual and not an overnight event. ...at this point there is 30 trillion dinar or more in circulation...maybe even 40 trillion. The amount of currency in circulation is clearly printed in the CBI reports.
