8-18-2013 *Kaperoni ~Article: "Parliamentary» financial deferred delete zeros" Like I say every week, delete zeros, delete 3 zeros is an Iraqi event...it's when they "officially" remove them and adjust accounting records etc. The float and Article VIII can and should happen anytime. Two different issues IMO. It is also supported by many articles that say they want to strengthen the dinar.
