9-11-2013 *Kaperoni ~Article: "Finance parliamentary: the coming weeks will see an improvement over the value of the dinar against the dollar" I think they are pretty clearly stating they plan to make the dinar internationally recognized within weeks. "increase the confidence of the world in Iraqi dinars would make it difficult international currency,"We should be excited about this article...it states within weeks the dinar will be a hard currency and international. That is not subject to translation..he is saying that. Enhance the confidence of the world also means to "embrace it" or "desire it." That will not happen unless the dinar has real value and is international. Just remember who is saying this...he is Chairman of the Finance Committee, Haider al-Abadi. He is not Maliki nor Turki. In other words, he is not the decision maker.
