The Rafidain Bank in London was closed 24 years ago – it has just been reopened – Why now? Again points to an international rate anticipated soon, IMO. Last Friday, 7 ministers were introduced, and they met with officials from the USA, and I Team was guarding them; sitting with Abadi and the ministers was Shabibi -- he was at this meeting; Abadi dismantled everything that Maliki has done, and all of Maliki’s accusations against Shabibi are false and will not be pursued; Shabibi is still in Iraq. HCL is done, but it needs to be voted on.
