9-16-2014 *Frank26 [via BulldogFord65] ~IMO, we are seeing the MR (Monetary Reform) right before our eyes...pay close attention to what the CBI is saying. The citizens are being taught about the Visa cards and ATM’s, they are being educated to go electronic. IMO, the GOI is seated based on reports from I Team, Delta’s team, and what they are doing. I Team report is that security is getting much better. ISIS is being managed. As of Saturday, Dr Shabibi was still in Baghdad but he may have moved on by now; many officials from the USA are in Iraq and in control. MOF, gov of CBI, PM of GOI are all put in their positions by USA. I Team believes that we will see the GOI act with incredible speed. IMO, many laws need to be passed before we can see the rate, and the GOI is working with speed...longer dragging their feet.
