9-30-2014 *Frank26 [via BulldogFord65] ~the budget is in the house and IMO, they still need to read it, and may take a couple of weeks to pass the budget, however we have seen oil tankers leave so perhaps they are already operating under the budget but it is not yet visible; perhaps in the next couple of weeks we will see more of the budget; there may be a domino effect set off by the budget; many items depend on what is it...it’s very possible that the budget does not contain the program rate, which would explain why it’s being guarded so closely. MR [Monetary Reform] is moving forward. IMO, we may see the seated GOI soon. 10/1 is “super hot, brilliant hot” for seeing the GOI emerge and possibly begin to reveal some of the budget through 10/10; if the budget is not revealed by 10/10, we look to 19th – 20th all of 2014; these dates are time frame studies to watch the GOI, budget, laws, MR.
