10-1-2014 *Kaperoni ~Iraq is making progress and the last month or so a significant shift towards passing laws and working to help the Iraqi people is happening. No doubt. But we need to be realistic that it may take another month or two for them to accomplish what is needed to create the right climate to open the economy in Iraq. Any change in dinar value will come as a result in Iraq's economic progress. We need to be patient and let it come to us.

10-1-2014 *Kaperoni ~Article: "Council of Ministers asked the financial rewrite the budget deficit for the great" Good progress. The CoM will get the revised budget for 2014 to parliament this week. They have to start over reading it 3 times but we could have this approved mid October. [Didn't I see a new mandate where they only needed to read laws twice?] we will have to wait and see. In any case, it hopefully will pass within a week or so.
