10-17-2014 *Kaperoni ~It's absolutely imperative that the CBI open the banking system (IMF Article VIII) for the market economy to succeed. They "must" move to a new Exchange Regime (some kind of float) when they transition. The dinar will rise as a result of capital investment..no "ifs", "ands" or "buts" about it.
