11-17-2014 *Kaperoni ~Article: "Iraq Economic Brief" If you start to put all the pieces together...the articles that saying early 2015 or the beginning of 2015, and the CBI holding the Market rate within 2% for a few weeks (and holding it for 90 days puts them in late January), articles about passing a bunch of laws within a few days, the ISX and Xstream, and now today's mention of raising the value on television early in 2015 it really sounds like the intent is to open the banking system (move to Article VIII) and a new Exchange Regime sometime at the beginning of 2015 which we all know is key to support a market economy. Only 6 weeks to 2015!
