4-1-2015 *Kaperoni ~reality is, there is no delay, other than the same process of events we are waiting on...which is the development of the economy and banking system to the point where they can begin to raise the value of the dinar. ...people forget a portion of the country has a terrorist organization stealing every nickel and dime they can to survive...that includes the banking system, the citizens, and destroying anything including infrastructure that seems to impede that greed. We all want this done...like yesterday...but the point is...they are not there yet plain and simple. ...Iraq has some work to do...and once they get those laws passed we will be in a better position for the event to start.
