8-5-2015 *Kaperoni ~"The central bank plans to put up for the benefit of financial bonds worth two billion dollars" As far as I know, these are domestic in country bonds being sold. International or bonds sold to the world market is scheduled for the end of this year..not at this time. There is a good chance if the GOI funds the budget (increase in oil prices, or other sources) they will not even issue the international bond sale. It is a last resort IMO to make meet the deficit.
