The B- was a warning shot to bring security into Iraq. They need to RI – it’s as simple as that. But...know that they can RI at 1166. But...based on what we are seeing, it would be insane to consider such action and since the removal of Hussein, security has now blossomed in Iraq and we pray that the monetary reform of the IQD will soon blossom too.
