The Council voted on a draft anti-money laundering law and the financing of terrorism...And then it decided to adjourn the meeting until Tuesday 29/9/2015" ...removing the Investment Law to a later time does not surprise me.

I do believe, once they stabilize the country and get the economy going, the CBI will float the dinar. How and when that starts is yet to be determined. The good news is these kinds of articles seem to be more frequent.
