Kurdish MP calls to deal with Kuwaiti file transparently

Baghdad (AIN) –The Kurdistani Alliance’s MP Ruz Mahdi Khushnow emphasized that “Details of forming the committee to handle discussing the pending issues with Kuwait should be clear since the Kuwaiti file is so sensitive.”

In a statement to All Iraq News Agency (AIN), Khushnow said Sunday “The KA wishes to have progress on the Kuwaiti file in addition to ending all pending files between Iraq and neighboring countries,” stressing that “We wish the relations with Kuwait to be based on respect of sovereignty of both countries.”

Governmental sources have reported that “The Iraqi-Kuwaiti joint committee will meet by mid of April in Baghdad to discuss pending issues between both countries.”
