BAGHDAD (Iba) .. The MP said the coalition in Iraq by Khalid A. Al-Alwani said that any agreement had expected the Iraqi government with the U.S. administration on military cooperation and to keep trained in Iraq does not make sense as long as Iraq is under Chapter VII imposed on it since 1990. He pointed out the need to have the Arab League's role in removing Iraq from Chapter VII, noting that the time is right for the government and the Iraqi parliament to talk with the Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil Elaraby this matter as it is in Baghdad now.
