Kuwait will not put any obstacles in front of Iraq’s exit from Chapter VII

New Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah his country’s desire to convert the remainder of the compensation to the economic investments in Iraq to promote the positive spirit and serve the people of the two countries.
