Baghdad (newsletter) … Announced the decision of the Commission on economy and investment Deputy from the Kurdish Coalition bloc//mohama Khalil, subtract more than (5) billion dollars of oil revenues to pay off foreign debt, noting that Kuwait received so far (35) billion dollars in financial compensation.

Khalil (News Agency news) on Saturday that foreign debt constituted a significant obstacle to the development of the national economy, so subtract more than (5) billion dollars of Iraqi oil revenues fund the United Nations as compensation to Kuwait and some other countries.

He added that Kuwait received from Iraq (35) billion dollars a year ago (1991) and now as a financial compensation, noting that the money could have been invested in projects that serve the country without the policy of the former regime against the country and its people.

Confirmed: upon payment of all foreign debt and raise seventh entry, will see a renaissance of the national economy, through the availability of sufficient funds can be exploited in investment projects benefiting the country.
