Ban Ki-moon should lift CH VII against Iraq or reduce its sentence, says Member of Iraq Foreign Relations
According to a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, Hassan Chuird that Iraq needs to be a balance and movement with the United Nations and the President of the UN Security Council to lift Chapter VII on Iraq.
And Chuird said in a statement to the Euphrates News Agency {} Wednesday that “Iraq is expected negotiations with Kuwait as well as balance and movement with the United Nations and the President of the UN Security Council [should] lift Chapter VII on Iraq or reduce the sentence.”
“The recent statement of Martin Kobler was not useless, he need a stronger relationship,” adding that “many problems inside Iraq took Tasvt and very large political situation abroad.”
The situation in Iraq under Chapter VII after UN Security Council Resolution 678 of 1990, after the invasion of the dictatorial regime of the State of Kuwait, which allowed the UN resolution to use military force to drive Iraq out of Kuwait, according to the provisions in Chapter VII of the UN Charter, and under article 39 of the Charter, which consists of 13 articles begin to Article 39 and Article 51 ends.
