Baghdad, September 29 / September (Rn) – The Iraqi List led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi said Thursday that the meeting of leaders of political blocs is expected it will be crucial for the candidates and the defense and interior ministries, saying it has provided so far 16 candidates for the defense, while the National Alliance did not provide any candidate of the Interior.

And the political blocs agreed to be the portfolio of the Ministry of Interior of the share of the National Alliance, and the defense share of the Iraqi List, except that each party’s candidates refuse to the other party under the pretext of lack of impartiality and efficiency of candidates.

The spokeswoman said the bloc Maysoon al of Kurdistan News Agency (Rn), “The meeting is hoped to take place next week to leaders of political blocs, would end a baggage security,” indicating that “the list will not accept less than the resolution of file naming the ministers of defense and interior authenticity.”

She explained that “Iraq has so far presented 16 candidates for the defense portfolio, while the National Alliance did not provide for any candidate so far to the Ministry of the Interior.”
