Maliki Refused to Override the Constitution or to Disable It

Maliki refused to override the Constitution or to disable it and confirm that the next phase of not less dangerous than the previous stage

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki during a speech he delivered on the occasion of celebration of Iraq affirmed that the Constitution is the sovereign may not be exceeded or that the delay after today under any banner or title, explaining that the political process is now in front of the stage or the importance of not less dangerous than the former.
