Baghdad / follow-up Baghdadiya News / .. British and US officials likely to be the cause of Russian plane crash in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula on Saturday, "plant an explosive device" on board.
Britain said on Thursday that there is a high probability that the group is linked to al-Daash behind a suspected bomb attack on a Russian passenger plane.
When asked British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond whether theorganization Daash behind the disaster, said "Daash-Sinai claimed responsibility for shooting down Russian aircraft. Did so directly after the crash."
He told Sky TV "we look at the whole picture of information, including that claim, of course, we looked at many other information and concluded there is a great possibility."
In the meantime, the Associated Press quoted on condition of anonymity, a US official as saying that "US intelligence agencies concluded, on a temporary basis, to be an al Daash group in Sinai planted an explosive device on board."
The US official confirmed that the intelligence services have yet to reach a final conclusion about the incident.
These developments came to coincide with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's visit to Britain.
He is scheduled to hold a meeting Thursday with Sisi Cameron.
