Said an adviser to Prime Minister for the Kurdistan region just Tawfiq Berwari, that al-Maliki pledged to implement all the demands of the Kurdish blocs, including the Article (140), indicating that the risk remains that the Kurdistan Alliance had decided to withdraw from the central government in the event of non-implementation of agreements.
Berwari said: that the delegation of Kurdistan, which met all the political parties stressed that the meetings were positive, especially with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
He pointed out that al-Maliki vowed to the delegation that will be implemented in all the demands of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, and the settlement of disputes between the central government and the region, including the application of Article (140), indicating that the risk remains that the Kurdistan Alliance had decided to withdraw from the central government in the event of non-implementation of agreements.
He left not only a political problem and one which is between Iraq and the rule of law, where the Iraqi list of conditions that must be the leaders that Atsvo flexible and make reciprocal concessions to resolve the dispute.
