Maliki: U.S. withdrawal from Iraq will remove all the justification of the rule

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Saturday, that the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq by the end of this year will remove all the justifications from which the elements of “terrorist” and Al Qaeda, saying that the withdrawal process a success for Iraq and the United States and the beginning of a new relationship.

Al-Maliki that “the process of withdrawal is a success for Iraq and the United States to implement the agreement signed in 2008, and the beginning of the relationship between the two countries in the implementation of the Strategic Framework Agreement,” adding that “this is a historic occasion for the Iraqi people and Iraqi armed forces.”

Maliki confirmed the need for “cooperation between the government and parliament and the public to build the Iraqi armed forces,” pointing out that “can take advantage of the United States and the world in building the Iraqi economy and universities.”

The U.S. President Barak Obama said, on Friday (21 October now) that his country’s troops in Iraqi territory would be in the United States during the holidays, while stressing that Washington will support Iraq in all areas, with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki via a video conference with Barack Obama on the need to begin a new phase of strategic relations after the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq on schedule end of the year 2011.
