Minister of Industry and World Bank representative discuss ways to develop industrial sector in Iraq

Baghdad (news) .. Minister of Industry and Minerals Ahmed Nasser Daly Karbouli During his meeting with the representative of the World Bank to Iraq, Maria Helen Baraknl ways to develop the industrial sector in Iraq Pkavath sectors of public and private, mixed and strengthen its role in supporting the Iraqi economy.

He Karbouli in a statement received by the Agency (news) a copy of it today Thursday: During the meeting, the need to develop strategic plans and future development ministries and sectors of the state all through the development of human resources and the transfer of modern technology and keep pace with progress in the developed countries, especially after the destruction of infrastructure during the events of 2003

and said Karbouli: The policy and directed the Iraqi government requires openness to specialized international companies and sober through the conclusion of partnership agreements with them to achieve the desired goals in the improvement and development of products and enter into new industries to achieve the financial resources and employment, stressing that setting a specific timetable for achieving those achievements and the backing of the World Bank.

For its part, the representative of the World Bank the need to record companies, the industrial sector all at the World Bank to work on the development of all aspects in terms of training, technology transfer and exchange of experiences and information, confirmed readiness of the World Bank to provide all means of support and backing of these companies
