7-26-2013 *Jester ~[date/rate?] WE HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT THAT ONE... IT CHANGES ON A WHIM IT SEEMS. SEEMS AS IF THEY HAVE A LOT OF REASONS TO GET THIS DONE...NOTWITHSTANDING THE FACT THAT LOST OF THINGS WILL HAVE TO BE STARTED OVER IF THEY DON'T GET A MOVE ON...I THINK THEY ARE HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO MAKE IT HAPPEN VERY SOON. [is the 3rd person in position?] NOT YET...STILL ON STANDBY... BUT READY TO GO AT ANY SECOND. THIS CANNOT DRAG OUT MUCH LONGER... FOR THE FIRST TIME I AM AWARE OF...THERE IS A BACK WALL...THEY DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO START AGAIN...THEY ARE WORKING ON IT FRANTICALLY RIGHT NOW...THEY DO NOT WANT THE AGREEMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE EXPIRE. THE BACK WALL IS THIS WEEKEND... IF THEY DON'T GET IT DONE BY THEN A LOT OF THINGS WILL HAVE TO BE EITHER EXTENDED OF THEY WILL EXPIRE...EXPECTATIONS ARE HIGH.

7-26-2013 *Arthur ~The smoking gun for me is the fact that they have now come out and promised their people a cash payday retroactive all the way back to 2010 in addition to the ration money on the cards and said it would happen during Ramadan. And you wonder why the protesting suddenly stopped today. You can hear a pin drop in Baghdad. The quiet before the storm?

7-26-2013 *SteveI ~At this time, from everyone I have talked to, including Ray and may others, there is no negative news that would cause me to be concerned about any outstanding issues. none of our contacts can confirm the smart card rumors going around. Another thing we have been told, do not worry about the street violence because the rest of the world is not going to let their investment go down the tubes due to civil unrest. Many countries are waiting and watching. From what I am being told, everything is still on track as to achieving their goal in the economic world. It will show up when you least expect it.

7-26-2013 *TerryK ~NEWS FROM BOOTS ON THE GROUND, ARRIVED IN IRAQ YESTERDAY. CONVERTED USD TO IQD, VERY HARD TO DO. THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR MONEY NOT OURS...WONDER WHY? TOLD THAT THE IRAQ PEEPS WILL BE VERY WEALTHY IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

7-26-2013 *TNT Tony ~We are right where we wanted to be yesterday and the day before - it should have been over and done with last night but there were some changes at what happened at the UN and after they rang the bell and it created some last minute controversy...everything was fixed and redone...told you on Monday that something was going to happen at the UN on Monday and I can tell you that there is something planned for later today if it does not go through...not a bad thing -- still gonna get us what we want. If it does not go through ALL eyes will be on the UN. One of our contacts called his family member this morning and told him get on a plane and come home our blessing has arrived.News article said all cards will be processed by the end of this month...we have heard that before and seen it in writing before but I can tell you that this time is clearly different because there is an absolute deadline involved and people are in position to make sure that deadline is met. Banks told me the requirements for things to be met for this to happen and everyone that they gave me is already met...everyone is prepared. The number that I got this morning are so ridiculous - more than you guys ever dreamed of and there is a ridiculous rate for the dong and you will have to know what it is and ask for it. Something is going to happen one way or the other this afternoon... could be great day.

7-26-2013 *Delta ~stated that 1,000% sure the LD's are printed and ready to go when the green light is given. no one knows the date/rate but seeing the urgency in the auctions on holidays this week/next week, something is happening...huge break in pattern! THIS IS NOT A DATE!!
