5-7-2015 *Kaperoni ~back in 2012 the CBI decided to float the dinar. Let me point out what is said here..."to raise the value of the dinar against the dollar gradually." The IMF is very direct and clear in the 2013 Article IV consultation...they also say gradual appreciation. ...it will never overnight RV.
