2-19-2013 *Phoenix3333 ~Parliament postponed today's session to Thursday, February 21st for lack of a quorum and the lack of agreement on budget. Just my opinion...But, I don't expect to hear about the budget passing until after the markets are closed on Friday. If they actually pass it, which they better do very soon.
